Why "Sriracha Revolver"?
Sriracha is named after the small town on the coast of the gulf of Thailand south of Bangkok. Similar to "Louisiana style" or "Buffalo style" hot sauce, "Sriracha style" hot sauce is named for the place it originates from and for its unique characteristics.
Revolver is a Spanish verb for stir, mix, mess up.
I am inspired to make sauces with ingredients from around the world. I don't make any claims to being authentically anything other than authentically delicious. I hope you like what you find here in a bottle of Sriracha Revolver.
